RCDD Technology Designer – St Louis, MO
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced RCDD Technology Designer to join a growing Technology consulting firm supporting projects across MId-West. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Technology Consulting and Design for complex environments such as laboratories, hospitals, and government projects

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology design from concept through construction and post-occupancy
- Coordinate with architects and multiple disciplines to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery
- Stay current on industry codes and emerging technologies
- Conduct site visits to evaluate systems, equipment, and materials
- Ensure designs meet client standards, codes, and technical best practices
- Work within a BIM environment and contribute to Revit-based workflows
- Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality and growth opportunities
- Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and attend project meetings
- Travel between offices and job sites as needed

🎯 Ideal Qualifications
- Industry certifications: RCDD (required), plus CPP, CTS/-D, CCNA, or similar
- 4–8 years’ experience in a consulting or design-build setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools
- Project experience across Federal, State, Healthcare, Commercial, and Educational sectors
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
