Here’s everything you need to know - no legal jargon, just the essentials.
🔍 Who Can Refer?
Anyone aged 18+ can take part.
(Just not current Ampere360 employees or contractors.)

👤 Who Can You Refer?
We’re looking for new introductions — people we haven’t spoken to in the last 60 days.
To qualify, your referral must include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Their permission to share their details

Simply naming someone isn’t enough — we need a meaningful introduction.

💼 When Do You Get Paid?
You’ll receive $600 USD when:

  • We place your referral with one of our clients
  • They complete 90 days in their new role
  • The client has paid our invoice

Once those steps are done, you’ll raise an invoice to us and we’ll pay you within 14 days.

🛑 A Few Important Rules
To keep things fair and clean:

  • No self‑referrals
  • No mass‑submissions or spam lists
  • First person to refer a candidate gets the reward
  • Referrals are valid for 12 months

We can’t guarantee we’ll progress or place every referral

⚖️ The Legal Bit

The scheme is governed by the laws of England & Wales.

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules governing Ampere360’s referral bonus programme. By submitting a referral, the referrer agrees to be bound by the terms set out below. Ampere360 reserves the right to assess the eligibility of any referral and to determine whether a bonus is payable in accordance with these conditions.

1. Eligibility of Referrer
• The referrer must be an individual aged 18 or over.
• The referrer cannot be an employee, contractor, or representative of Ampere360.

2. Eligibility of Referred Candidate
• The referred candidate must be a new introduction.
• The candidate must not have engaged with Ampere360 in the past 60 days, including job applications, CV submissions, calls, emails, messages, or introductions via third parties.
• The referrer must provide the candidate’s full name, email address, and phone number at the point of referral.
• The referrer confirms they have obtained the candidate’s consent to share their details.

3. Meaningful Introduction Requirement
• A referral must constitute a meaningful introduction.
• Simply naming a candidate without contact details, or without the candidate’s permission, does not qualify.
• Ampere360 may request additional information if the referral is incomplete or unclear.

4. Anti Abuse Clause
• Ampere360 reserves the right to reject referrals that appear to be:
o mass submitted
o speculative
o scraped from public sources
o submitted without genuine personal knowledge of the candidate
• Repeated low quality or non consensual referrals may result in exclusion from the scheme.

5. Successful Placement Criteria
• A referral bonus is only payable if the referred candidate:
o is placed by Ampere360 into a role with a client, and
• completes 90 days of employment and satisfies the full rebate period required by the client.
• If the candidate leaves, is terminated, or does not complete the 90 day period for any reason, no bonus is payable.

6. Payment of Referral Bonus
• The referral bonus is $600 USD.
• Payment is made after the candidate completes 90 days and the client has paid the relevant invoice to Ampere360.
• The referrer must raise an invoice within 30 days of being notified of eligibility.
• Payment will be made via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving a valid invoice.

7. Client Payment Dependency
• Referral bonus payments are strictly contingent on client payment.
• If a client delays payment, disputes an invoice, or fails to pay, Ampere360 is not obligated to pay the referral bonus until the matter is resolved.

8. Validity of Referral
• A referral is valid for 12 months from the date it is submitted.
• If multiple people refer the same candidate, the bonus is awarded to the first referral received.

9. No Guarantee of Placement
• Submitting a referral does not guarantee that:
o the candidate will be contacted
o the candidate will be submitted to a client
o the candidate will be placed
• Ampere360 retains full discretion over recruitment decisions and communication.

10. Exclusions
• Self referrals are not permitted.
• Referrals of candidates already in an active recruitment process with the client (even if not through Ampere360) are excluded.
• Referrals made after a job has been publicly advertised may be excluded at Ampere360’s discretion.

11. Data Protection
• By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have the candidate’s permission to share their details.
• Ampere360 will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Right to Amend or Withdraw
• Ampere360 reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
• Any referrals submitted before changes take effect will be honoured under the previous terms.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising from the referral scheme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
